Caroline Elliott — Psychotherapist

During 15 years working as a designer and creative director including mentoring individuals in personal and professional development, Caroline became interested in the work of Carl Jung particularly concerning the discovery of the ‘self’.

Caroline’s MA in Psychotherapy and following practice of over 15 years combines the psychoanalytic insights of Jung, Freud and Klein. She has a particular interest in the effect of childhood experience on the psychological development of the adult.

Further studies in cognitive behavioural and mindfulness-based therapies enable a broad scope of possibilities when working with the needs of the client.

Caroline has worked with individuals in clinical and private practice in London and Paris and now works from her therapy rooms in Kent and Hastings East Sussex. She believes psychotherapy can help us realise our full potential and should be accessible to all.

Our Initial Meeting

The first meeting may feel daunting but it offers a time and space for you to think, reflect and speak about your reasons for coming and for me to listen in a safe non-judgemental environment.

The first session will last one hour and will also give you the opportunity to ask me any questions. In very rare cases I may suggest a different practitioner who specialises in particular areas more suited to your presenting difficulties.

I can work with individuals on a short or long term basis including open ended sessions to allow for a deeper level of awareness of the root causes of problems, especially those that may be repeated through life.

£60.00* for 50 mins.
